jamie magazine 11 - the xmas issue (part 1)

De tijd vliegt voorbij! Ongelofelijk hoe snel zo'n jaar kan zijn, het is al bijna tijd voor Kerstmis! nou ja, euh, eerst maar eens ons grootste feest van het jaar vieren: Sinterklaas. Dit weekend is het weer zover, dan komt hij weer met zijn groete stoomboot de haven binnenvaren en vult hij onze handen met heerlijke pepernoten en speculaas. Maar terug naar werk : ). Vandaag ben ik blij, want het nieuwe nummer wordt vanaf vandaag bij de abonnees bezorgd en de website is vernieuwd. Ha, en hij is in de winkel te koop vanaf 20 november in Nederland en België.

In de eerste plaats wil ik even kwijt dat ik de cover te gek vind! Zo grappig Jamie te zien met zijn goede vriend Gennaro Contaldo in dat idiote kalkoenpak. Maar wat staat er allemaal in het nummer?

Dit feestelijke magazine heeft wel twee culinaire producties van eigen bodem (eentje mocht ik achter de schermen bijwonen, later deze week zie je daar meer van terug), budget bubbels (daar is ook wat leuks over te vertellen, doe ik ook later), winter cocktails en Jamie's ultieme kaasplank. En nog veeeel meer natuurlijk! Ik hoop dat je er net zo blij van wordt als ik. XXX

Time flies! It's amazing how fast a year can pass by, we are almost up for Christmas! Well, euhm, first we need to celebrate our biggest Dutch feast of the year: Sinterklaas. This weekend he will arrive again with his big steamboat and fill our hands with lovely pepernoten and speculaas. But back to work : ). Today I am celebrating that our new Dutch Jamie mag is out online and for subscribers! Ha, and on November 20th also for sale in stores in Holland and Belgium.

First of all: I love the cover! Sooo hilarious with Jamie and his funny friend Gennaro Contaldo in the crazy turkey outfit! But what's inside the magazine? This festive issue contains: two culinairy features from Holland (one I visited during the shoot and I made some lovely behind the scenes shots, I will post them later this week), budget-bubbels (there's a cool story about that one, I will post that later too), winter cocktails and Jamie's ultimate cheeseboard. And loads of other things off course! Hope you will enjoy it as much as I. XXX
